Carsten Müller

Board member and CEO, LilleStor A/S

For the past 20 years, Carsten has created business ventures for SMEs and Nordic corporations. Before starting LilleStor, Carsten served as the CEO of Vardia Denmark, an innovative challenger in the Nordic insurance market. Previously, Carsten held different management positions within If P&C Insurance, the leading property and casualty insurance company in the Nordic region. During most of his tenure at If P&C Insurance, Carsten served as the Head of Alliances, where he crafted and managed strategic alliances between If P&C Insurance and several national, Nordic and global companies.

Carsten holds an MBA from AVT Business School, GMP and AMP from Harvard Business School, and has completed executive programs at London Business School and The Wharton School.

Morten Ingemann

Chairman of the Board, and CEO, McCann Worldgroup, Denmark

Morten has been building brands for more than 20 years, working across media, digital and creative industries in London, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. Throughout the years, Morten has helped many small entrepreneurial companies achieve fame, and large corporations renew their energy, passion and mostly importantly, business. Since 2009, Morten has been the CEO of McCann Worldgroup in Denmark – the world’s largest creative network.

Morten holds a Master of Marketing and Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Frank A. Mathiasen

Board member and Head of Development and Innovation, Cphbusiness

Frank has provided strategic and operational business development and management within the private and public sector, working with entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporations, for over 15 years. Since 2014, Frank has served as the Head of Development and Innovation at Cphbusiness, a business academy with more than 7,000 students. Frank also serves on the board for the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship, and previously worked as the Chief Consultant at Copenhagen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lab (CIEL).

Frank holds a Master of Design and Communications Management from Copenhagen Business School, and has completed executive programs at The Wharton School and the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) in Brussels.

Rolf KJÆRGAARD

Board member and Chief Investment Officer, The Danish Growth Fund

Since 2015, Rolf has served as the Chief Investment Officer of the Danish Growth Fund, a state investment fund providing expertise and capital via guarantees, loans and investments to help create new companies. Rolf was previously the Head of the Danish Growth Fund’s loan and guarantee departments, as well as the analysis department and the communication department. Before Rolf joined the Danish Growth Fund in 2002, he held positions as National Expert in the European Commission and special consultant in the Ministry of Business and Growth.

Rolf Kjærgaard holds a Master of Science in Economics from University of Copenhagen and Berkeley University in California.
